<p>Faces  &amp; Voices&#8217; board of directors has released a policy  position on  discrimination. “People in or in need of recovery from  addiction to alcohol and  other drugs face myriad forms of  discrimination. Discrimination creates  barriers to our full  participation in community life. Faces &amp; Voices of Recovery strives  to  eliminate all policies and practices that discriminate against  people and their  impacted families based solely on their recovery  status.
