FY 2009 Adult Drug Court Training and Technical Assistance Initiative
Feb 8th, 2009 • Category: GrantsThe Bureau of Justice Assistance’s (BJA) Adult Drug Court Training and Technical Assistance Initiative supports the Adult Drug Court Discretionary Grant Program (42 U.S.C. 3797u et seq.), which assists communities to develop effective drug court strategies for nonviolent substance-abusing offenders. BJA is seeking technical assistance providers to assist state and local justice system officials and treatment professionals in addressing issues relating to planning, implementing, managing, and evaluating drug court programs in their jurisdictions and to manage the National Drug Court Resource Center.
