This one-day training teaches skills for facilitating effective person-centered plans. Part 1 provides skills for Qs in collecting and organizing information for the plan. Part 2 teaches the essential elements of goal writing. The course provides PCP Instructional Elements that are required for Qualified Professionals for QPs who provide Community Support.
